WEEK OF MARCH 4 –
8, 2013
Busy, busy, busy! We are
very busy learning new and interesting things every day in third grade! Hot,
hot, hot! It is getting hotter every day! Please make sure that you bring your
water bottles to school, and wear light colored and cool clothes to school .
MAP Practice – We want ALL our third graders to practice their Reading Skills in
the MAP website we have provided. (http://www.sowashco.k12.mn.us/ro/pages/studentlinks/map/reading.htm
)To keep track of this progress, all our students will have a chart that looks
like the one below. We are asking our third graders to practice two or three
skills every night, and once it is done, a parent should initial in the
chart provided in the Take Home Folder.
